CHAMOMILE SOUP

Servings: 4

Function: microwaves

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 7–11 minutes

Ingredients:

  • - 4 dg butter
  • - 2 spoons of flour
  • - 0,6 l milk
  • - 3 dl sweet cream
  • - 2 handfuls of fresh or 3 bags of dried chamomile
  • - salt, pepper

Simmer butter and chamomile in combined microwave on convection mode for 1–2 minutes, add flour and continue simmering on the same mode for another 1–2 minutes.

Then pour milk, cream, and clean soup, stir to get the soup smooth. Boil the soup at 100% power for 3–4 minutes, stir, and continue boiling on the same mode for another 2–3 minutes.

If the soup is too thick, add a clean soup base. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste and serve with toasted bread slices and chamomile leaves.
