    “Not as good as expected”

This had great reviews in Which. However the capacity is not as great as advertised and it does not wash sufficiently unless on the 75C wash, even then cups are still stained from tea. Really don't like the cutlery drawer - very poor wash.

    “Dishwashing made easy”

Having had my dishwasher for a couple of weeks now it’s all set up and working. It works really well with a great top drawer for all the cutlery. It is also very large inside to take a large family’s dishes. Not to many distractions on the instructions so it easy to use.

“Better than the expensive Bosch machines I've had”

This is not a well known make to me so I felt that I was taking a chance buying this. However I have found it excellent in every way. My test item, something that all the previous machines I have had over the last 30 odd years have never really cleaned completely is a stainless steel teapot. So first wash it went in, I was amazed not a tea stain in sight inside or out, it was almost like new. Also love the extra shelf at the top for cutlery, giving needed space on the bottom shelf for larger items. I don't know if the door opening automatically at the end of the wash is the reason but drying is also the best I have ever had.

“Nice dishwasher shame about the cutlery tray !!”

We are pleased with this product, the instruction leaflet could do with better detail especially the levelling of the feet. I am disappointed with the cutlery tray a wonderful idea gives more space inside the dishwasher but it doesn't glide in or out easily needs to be wiggled around to get it in.

    “Great Value”

Bought this after reading a reccomendation in Which. It was a great Price v Performance choice. It has so far lived up to expectations.

    “Lots of space”

Have had for a month nearly and over all it is great but the cutlery tray is not the best. All cutlery has to be well rinsed before washing.

    “It's good, but not great.”

After 13 years our old dishwasher was on its last legs. We had no idea that there were so many different dishwashers. After an extensive search, we noted that John Lewis were selling a Hisense dishwasher. If JL sold them, it must be OK. So, about six weeks on.... PROS. It takes masses, I think it is a 16 place settings unit. It opens the door at the end to assist drying It's quiet It 'automatically' detects how dirty the plates are and adjusts accordingly. Seems to dry OK with little streaks on glasses. CONS It has a 'top' shelf for cutlery, which is awkward to pull out, as it doesn't pull out easily. We often find food debris left on cutlery. The inlet hose has an electric shut off valve on the end where you connect it to the incoming rising mains. This is large, awkward, and was difficult to attach to the isolating valve on the water mains. In tight spaces, some may find it very difficult to connect it to their water mains.

    “Works well enough but!”

After one month I managed to get some salt for the water softener. Still does not dry that well. Main eco program is slow but dishes come up gleaming yet damp. A problem with plastics

  • TheTuga

“I love it! Great quality price!”

I bought it 3 weeks ago and it's amazing. I would say the only thing is that the cutlery doesn't dry as well on eco mode but I can certainly live with that.

“very good dishwasher for a very good price”

I have been using it for more than a month now. It is so quiet. Enough space for a family of five. I love the opening of the door at the end for a quicker dry. Everything goes straight to the cupboard without using my drying cloth.
