The Hisense HI6401BSC 60cm Electric Induction Hob guarantees ultra speedy and efficient cooking. The 4-zone induction hob is designed with a Super Zone, conveniently positioned at the front of the hob for larger pots and pans which helps to deliver perfectly even cooking results, every time. For ultimate ease of use, Automatic Pan Recognition instantly activates, allowing you to start cooking straight away, whilst the Rapid Boil function offers a quick boost of heat when needed. As well as providing quick and efficient heating, the hob also has a number of safety features, such as child lock and residual heat indicators which allows you to see which zones are still hot, preventing accidents from happening. Once your meal is cooked up, it's ready for the dreaded clean, but no need to worry, as the easy clean surface ensures you can simply wipe away any accidental spills and splashes with ease, keeping your hob looking like new.

Only half of the hob is operating.
There could be several reasons why this is happening, see below:
1. When rapid boil is being used, power will be reduced on remaining zones.
2. If only 2 rings of the hob are working, the connector block may not have been installed or have been incorrectly installed. Please see Connection Diagram section in the manual for further information.
In the event of a mechanical or electrical failure, do not attempt to repair the hob yourself. If the product is within warranty, please contact your installer. If the product is outside of the warranty period, you may need to contact a qualified repair service.
The touch controls are unresponsive.
There could be several reasons why controls are unresponsive. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Check that the child lock is not enabled.
2. The surface could be dirty or wet. Wipe away any spills, especially over the control buttons with a non-abrasive cleaner.
Hob cuts out after a short period of time.
The hob may not have adequate ventilation, causing the thermal safety cut off to trigger.
