1. The Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is: Hisense UK Limited of Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0EA.
2. The Promotion
2.1 The title of the promotion is ‘Hisense Mini LED TV Prize Draw’ (the “Promotion“).
3. Key Conditions of the Promotion
3.1 The Promotion is an offer by the Promoter, allowing a participant to be entered into a prize draw if, during the period 31st July 2023 to 31st August 2023 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period“), they (i) click on the link provided in an online Hisense advertisement regarding the Promotion; and (ii) complete and submit the entry form displayed on screen in full, supplying their full name, postal address and email address.
3.2 Following the end of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will run one prize draw to select one winner, who will receive a Hisense 65” U7H Mini LED TV (the “Prize“).
3.3 All entries must be submitted online in accordance with Section 5 below between 31st July 2023 and 31st August 2023.
3.4 The Prize will only be issued once the winning entry has been verified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3.5 Participation in the Promotion is limited to one entry per person.
4. Eligibility Requirements
4.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) who are aged eighteen (18) or over.
4.2 The Promotion is not open to employees or agents of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, or members of the immediate families or households of such persons, or to anyone involved in the administration of the Promotion.
4.3 This is a consumer only promotion.
4.4 All details submitted for entry to this Promotion must be honest and genuine. You will not be eligible to enter this Promotion if your details are found to be fake or fraudulent.
4.5 In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and you represent that all information provided by you is complete, honest and genuine to the best of your knowledge and belief.
4.6 The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion as well as proof of your identity.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period: (i) click on the link provided in an online Hisense advertisement regarding the Promotion; and (ii) complete and submit the entry form displayed on screen in full, supplying your full name, postal address and email address.
5.2 Once you have submitted the entry form, you will be sent an email confirming that you have been entered into the Promotion.
5.3 Entries will only be accepted where a participant has (i) fully completed the online entry form, providing all requested information; and (ii) validly submitted the entry form.
6. The Prize Draw
6.1 At the end of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will identify and collate all entries that were received during the Promotion Period. For these purposes, an entry will be deemed to have been received when you have completed all the steps set out in Section 5.1 and 5.3 (‘How to Enter’) and your entry form has been successfully received by the Promoter. Any entry forms received by the Promoter after 23:59:59 on 31 August 2023 will not be eligible for participation in the Promotion.
6.2 The Promoter will then carry out the prize draw to select a winner on or before 11 September 2023. There will be one prize draw and one winner will be selected.
6.3 The winner of the prize draw will receive the Prize.
6.4 The winner will be selected by a random draw performed by a computer process. The winner will then be contacted using the email address and/ or telephone number provided with their entry. The winner must respond accepting the Prize and provide all information and details required by the Promoter within thirty (30) days of being informed that they have won the Prize.
6.5 If a winner does not respond or accept the Prize or provide any information and details required by the Promoter, within the periods detailed, or if the Promoter is unable to contact the winner using the contact details that they have provided when entering the Promotion, then the Promoter reserves the right to treat the Prize as forfeited and to select a new winner in accordance with the process described above.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to carry out investigations and/ or take such other action as may be reasonable under the circumstances, to protect itself from fraudulent and/ or invalid entries. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries which (in its reasonable opinion) may be fraudulent or invalid. Where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a fraudulent or invalid entry has been made, the Promoter reserves the right to refer the matter to any applicable law enforcement authorities.
6.7 The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for problems arising from entrants providing incorrect or out of date contact information with their Promotion entry. If the Prize is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the winner, it will only be reissued to the winner if and after it has been returned to the Promoter.

7. Prizes
7.1 The Prize is subject to availability and non-transferable and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute this Prize with a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered or given.
7.2 The Prize is inclusive of delivery within mainland UK, which excludes Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. No other costs or expenses, including costs of installation, will be covered by the Promoter, or included in the Prize and the winner must make their own arrangements in this regard.
7.3 The Promoter will arrange to dispatch the Prize to the relevant winner within thirty (30) days of the winner being selected and their entry being verified by the Promoter.
8. General Conditions
8.1 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Promotion entries which are lost, delayed in transit, misdirected or which otherwise do not reach the Promoter, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, except in cases of negligence, fault or deliberate act or omission of the Promoter or its agents.
8.2 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any Promotion entries which are rejected or cannot be verified within the required timeframes or for any other issues, due to the provision by a participant of incorrect or incomplete information or contact details.
8.3 Where the Promoter has reason to believe that a Prize has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of the requirements detailed in these Terms and Conditions it reserves the right to withdraw the Prize.
9. Data Protection
9.1 The Promoter is the controller of all personal data collected in relation to the Promotion and included in Promotion entries. The Promoter will only process your personal data for the purposes of running the Promotion, verifying and handling entries and fulfilling claims, dealing with disputes, investigating fraud and invalid entries and (if you consent) for marketing purposes.
9.2 Please refer to our Privacy Policy below for further information as to how the Promoter will process your personal data in connection with this Promotion and (if you consent) for marketing purposes.
10. Publicity
10.1 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who emails promotions@hisense.co.uk within one month after the closing date of the Promotion Period. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10.2 Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Promotion which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
11. General
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that you have breached these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the Promotion (or any similar future promotions).
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion and/ or to amend these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time where (in its reasonable discretion) it considers it to be desirable or necessary to do so or where this is necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3.1 “Personal data” is any information about an individual from which that individual can be identified. 4.1 We may collect personal data about you from the following sources: (i) by logging your IP Address when you click on the advert which enables you to enter the Promotion; (ii) information you provide to us via the Promotion entry form or by calling our Promotion helpline or emailing us; (iii) in some cases (e.g. where we need to do so to validate your entry or where we have reason to believe that information you have provided is fraudulent or incorrect) we may request information from third parties to verify information or documentation you have provided.

5.1 We use reasonable and up to date security methods to: (i) keep your data secure; (ii) prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to your personal data; (iii) prevent the accidental loss of or damage to your personal data.

10. Who will have access to the data we hold?
10.1 Our personnel who need to access your personal data will view it in order that we can operate and administer the Promotion. All of our personnel understand the need to keep your personal data confidential and to use it only for legitimate purposes.
10.2 In addition to our own personnel, other personnel from our service providers may process your personal data on our behalf (for example, third party hosting companies; external software developers and marketing agencies).
