    “Fridge freezer”

    Bought this Hi-sense fridge / freezer as My existing well known brand (H) sounded to be not too well and this was Hi-sense was the closest in size, as ones available by most manufacturers are either smaller in width and depth or bigger. Good job I bought in advance as my trust old unit failed three weeks later! Good points: runs very quietly, digital temperature displays, doors spring shut when nearly closed, smooth back, fridge open door alarm. Slightly disappointing points: no alarm on freezer door, not sure how the space volume figure is derived, but the useable space in freezer appears a lot smaller than stated, would have preferred a 50/50 split, the heat dissipation is via the sides, so clearance has to be maintained on either side. Time will tell, but for the price, can't really complain and hopefully this will see me good for the next decade or two.

    “First Hisense applicance. Very impressed”

    Excellent fridge/freezer, great lighting and a very good size. The wine rack is handy, great for soft drinks as well as wine, and the large freezer trays are great as well! I like the fact the it comes with a printed manual, and the 2 year warranty show that the manufacturer believes in the product quality. However I can't vouch for it as I've not had to claim so far! Key features are: Adjustable digital temperature control for both fridge and freezer Crisper drawer: the fresh food compartment in the fridge has an adjustable slider for controlling humidity Wine rack (removable) Large freezer compartment drawers (again fully removable) Also the hinge is reversible and comes with the opposite hinge and blanking plate in the box. It's come with some small hooks that I don't know where to install and also 2 egg holders. My main complaints are with the product documents and website; 1. You can't download the product manual in advance of purchase. There is a website but its not available to download within it; https://hisense.co.uk/support/rb395n4aw1/ 2. Again, about the manual; clearly hasn't been proofread at all. It has spelling and grammar problems, and also instructions for many different fridges, making the product seem low quality. The main information the consumer wants to know is not easy to discover; this would be 1. How to set it up, what's the manufacturer recommended settle time? Are there any packing nuts to remove? 2. Inventory; What's included in the box? What accessories should be there and why are they there.? 3. How to use the item? What are the instructions for electrical controls.

    “Hisence Fridge/Freezer”

    Bought our Fridge/Freezer about 3 weeks ago as a replacement for our 10 year one which finally stopped working. Having had a look at a few makes we decided on Hisence. The price was good and so far pleased with it's performance.
