    “Disappointing”

    Having had a Hisense fridge freezer, that I loved, before, I had high hopes for this new one. However I was very disappointed. After switching on for the first time, after 3 hours it was still not cold in the fridge. I called customer service and was put through to an advisor who ran through a few checks. When I told him I had it plugged into an extension lead, he said that was the problem, which I was sceptical about. However this turned out to be the fault. So unless you have a single socket near enough, this will not work. The shelves are not adjustable, there is one light at the top whereas miy old one had lights down the side walls which lit up the whole fridge The alarm is next to useless as it's so quiet. The hardest thing to get used to is the fact that the doors do not close easily and you have to push them shut.
