Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Competition, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. A full copy of these Terms and Conditions is published at https://showtime2021.hisensepromotions.co.uk.
1. The Promoter
1.1. The Promoter is: Hisense UK Limited of Unit 2 Meadow Court, Millshaw, Leeds, England, LS11 8LZ.
2. The Competition
2.2. The title of the Competition is “Hisense Autumn Winter 2021 MDA Showtime Competition”.
3. Key Conditions of the Competition
3.1. The Competition by the Promoter, allowing a participant to enter competition during the period 19 September 2021 to 19 October 2021 (inclusive) (the “Competition Period“).
3.2. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of winner being announced 22 October 2021 and 19 November 2021 (the “Competition Claim Period“). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
3.3. The competition is limited to one winner. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Eligibility Requirements
4.1. The Competition is open to residents of the Mainland UK who are aged eighteen (18) or over.
4.2. The Competition is not open to employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies or agents or members of their immediate families or households or to anyone involved in the administration of the Competition.
4.3. This is a consumer only Competition.
4.4. In claiming the prize, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible
4.5. The Promoter will not be responsible for installation of Competition prize.
5. How to Enter
5.1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.2. To enter this Competition The Consumer must follow the instructions on either Hisense UK’s Competition Post or Poppy O’Toole’s Competition Post by commenting their answer below the post.
5.3. We also reserve the right to require you to provide proof of your identity.
5.4. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
5.5. The Promoter will not be held accountable if the winner is unable to receive their prize.
5.6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5.7. One winner will be selected at random by the Promoter and will be announced on the 22/10/2021.
5.8. The winner will be notified on the same platform he/she entered the competition
5.9. The winner will be posted on the social post after the winner has been selected
5.10. Winners may be asked to take part in promotional activities and to provide digital photographs for use on a promotional website or in the Promoter’s marketing material.
5.11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to HISENSE UK and not to any other party.
5.12. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
6. Data Protection
6.1. The Promoter is the data controller for all personal information collected via the claim portal (at https://showtime2021.hisensepromotions.co.uk) and included in claiming the prize. The Promoter will only process your personal information for the purposes of running the competition, verifying, handling and fulfilling claims, dealing with disputes, investigating fraud and invalid claims and (if you consent) for marketing purposes.
6.2. The Promoter uses the services of Benamic Unlimited Company (acting as a data processor) as a fulfilment agency to assist it in administering the Competition and verifying and fulfilling claims in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6.3. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://showtime2021.hisensepromotions.co.uk for further information as to how the Promoter will process your personal information in connection with this Competition.
7. General
7.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the Competition (or any similar future Competitions) or from submitting entry.
7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Competition and/ or to amend these Competition Terms and Conditions at any time where (in its reasonable discretion) it considers it to be desirable or necessary to do so or where this is necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
