I browsed TVs online, comparing Richer Sounds with other stores that had shops in my home time, Argos, Curries & John Lewis. Richer Sounds definitely offered the best value for money. (Argos/Curries were cheaper but lower quality, John Lewis more expensive without offering much better.) I had three possible TVs in mind when I went to the store, I showed a website screen shot of each telly to the sales assistant and he talked be through the pros & cons of the different options to help me make my final choice. The TV was not in stock but could be ordered with delivery to the store later the same week. Everything went as I would have hoped.

Very good picture, was to replace a broken currys tv that was less than 2 years old with no extended warranty, can't beat a 6 year guarantee with this TV.

Bought this tv a week ago and it was easy to set up,and navigation was very straight foreward,i bought my hi fi system around 12 years ago and its still perfect Richer sounds have built their reputation on happy customers and great customer service therefore 5 stars are well earned.

I bought this 2 weeks ago, installation onto my existing wall bracket was easy, everything connected easily and setup was straightforward. Picture and sound meet with my expectations. Alexa setup via the built in software was no problem. For the price payed, I cannot complain, being a vip member it’s guaranteed for 6 yrs so I’m covered. The stand supplied is quite small. For some that might lead to it looking like it might easily topple but I have it mounted, so no issues.
