“Great sound and picture. OLED sets it apart.”

However does not support Now or BT Sport. Big omission! Had to purchase third party streaming device, 4K Firestick. £50. Would like to have seen a short cut to 'settings'. Lots of adjustment settings but you need to drill down through menu. A shortcut on the remote would be great.

    “Great value but audio flaw”

I recently bought the Hisense 65A9GTUK and all seemed great. The price for this OLED is the best on the market, but I've soon found an issue with the sound. No matter what source or input there is a slight audio distortion and almost a slight wind noise from the speakers. Sadly this means the TV will have to be returned. I am quite gutted.

    “Fantastic tv”

Bought this a month ago and what can say it's that it's brilliant. The colours are superb. It has great features and really good sound. Worth every penny.

    “Superb picture and sound!”

Had this now for 2 weeks smile and can't stop smiling, sooo good!. Replaced a flagship 6 year old Sony LCD TV, which still impressed familily friends. Out of the box settings were not too bad, but once tuned, wow! Picture quality especially when utilising all the various 4K HDR sources from the popular streaming services. If you want to try out and be impressed with future terrestrial 4k HDR HIG, then try the BBC Iplayer looping test in the Advance settings. The VIDAA user interface is fast and user friendly. The remote is easy to use and has quality metal alloy build. It is small and as such so are the buttons but there are useful tactile ridges when trying to locate functions. Supports voice control from Google, Alexa, and its own service for searching changing channels/ sound and more. Works well from button on remote, but personally only find it useful searching for content. Had a dedicated 2 speaker amazon echo studio Dolby Atmos sound system costing me £400. This was good especially when sitting in the sweet spot. This is now being sold on Ebay, the TV sound from this 2.1.2 is the system is the best I have heard. The sweet spot for Dolby Atmos virtual Surround is much wider then my previous setup. You can really feel both the overhead, side, foreward, behind and bass of the Dolby Atmos Leaf demo. My son was impressed and he has a Sonos Beam with rear speakers! Love the Remote now android app. Apart from the usual Remote control features, you also have shortcuts to any TV apps and can send local media files to be played on the TV. There are more advance features. Two particular useful features is the ability to alter TV picture settings from within the app, without the need to use the TV Settings menu and interrupting viewing. This was very handy when tailoring the picture. You are able to mute TV and send sound via the App to the phone speakers and earphone. Now to gaming, I have a PS5 and prefer screen quality over performance, which you loose in the 120hz screen refresh 4K performance mode. Though it has a 120hz screen it does not support 120hz 4K gaming because it lacks HDMI 2.1 ports. It has all the other 2.1 features such as EARC and VRR, but if you are a seriously dedicated gamer, then pay the price premium, and look elsewhere. To summarise pleasing looks/user interface, great sound and superb picture performance from various sources. Unbelievably value for 55" version (£799), but lacks HDMI 2.1 for the 120 Hz 4k dedicated gamer. My ownly personal regret is not purchasing the 65" version!

    “Excellent tv”

This is my first OLED TV and both the picture and sound are amazing, this TV was an upgrade from a Hisense ULED TV and the improvement is Huge, the motion is superb, the brightness a massive improvement, the blacks are very black and detailed and the people on screen look so natural and life-like that it's almost like they're in the room with you, Hisense you've outdone yourself again.

    “Great picture and sound!”

My first experience of a Hisense product has been a positive one. It arrives well packaged with clear instructions and a very user friendly setup interface.. it has a built in sound bar which gives it a solid bulky base so not suitable for wall mounting but it looks great on our media unit. The sound and picture quality is excellent and I've only changed one setting from auto. I've found the 'Night Cinema" mode gives the most natural picture across the board. I'll certainly consider other Hisense products in the future, based on performance and value

    “Amazing Television.”

So far so good, Old TV packed up just before Christmas so surfing the internet came across this television which appeared to be too good for the cost, so decided to buy it from Costco and all can say is WOW, I wish I had now bought the 65!!. It is an incredible TV and everyone that comes round to view says exactly, another feature that sets this TV out from the rest is the sound quality, To say that I am happy with the TV is an understatement.

    “Lovely picture and sound”

Had this about six weeks now and find the quality is top notch, as is the picture and sound in general. The HDR and especially HDR10/+ on Amazon is over processed on Dynamic and even occasionally on Standard which produces pixellation. Ok on Cinema settings, but these are a bit dark for me. Fantastic picture when set correctly, but you have to alter picture setting between Prime, Netflix, Live TV etc. There is an auto setting which may work OK for some people. I hope Hisense will upgrade the live recording so that it works constantly as soon as the TV is switched on. At the moment you have to switch it on for each programme and/or every time you change channel, which makes it almost unuseable. The PVR recording works great though. Overall, very happy with the TV but could be perfect with a few software updates. Let's hope Hisense continue to support/upgrade this TV for some time and not abandon the OLED format completely.
