    up-scaling for existing HD content

When it comes to great HDR content and gaming, it’s all in the detail.

HDR dramatically enhances detail by maximising contrast and colour accuracy for more true-to-life colours and amazing levels of clarity. The detail in the darkest areas of a picture aren't lost. Equally, very bright areas of a picture don't blow out.

The future of Smart TV - unique to Hisense.

Our unique VIDAA U interface can be customised to your preference, making it simpler and quicker to find the content you’re looking for. By eliminating this unnecessary complexity, anything you need should be more than three clicks away. Freeview Play available by an OTA update by September end of 2017.

Great value high spec TV with everything you want or need. Superb picture quality and sound and so far cannot fault the product.❞

You certainly get the WOW factor when you watch 4K content. Great picture when up-scaling HD. Like the Netflix and YouTube buttons on the remote. Works well with my Sky Q box.❞

“Excellent TV let down by the sound”

I've had this TV roughly 6-8 weeks now and I'm very very happy with my purchase. For me it's on par with many of the expensive high street brand name TVs, with many of the features that are matched. I was interested in the screen quality and wasn't let down. The strong vibrant colours come to life with HD, Ultra HD or 4k broadcasts. The UEFA Champions League Final in Ultra HD was like being there! The only disappointment is with the sound quality, for me it is too low, on the maximum setting it was clear but not loud enough for everyday use it is fine. I have since purchased a sound bar which I mainly use to boost the sound for live concerts, sporting events and feature films. So to sum up I would highly recommend this TV but you may need to add an external speaker.

    “Great job / value”

As it said on the box , did it all everything I wanted

“Bargain for the money. Shame about support”

Great TV. Best value at 65" on the market by a mile. Hisense after sales support is poor.

    “Love the tv”

Good TV. Really happy with the picture and quality. Apps could be better and an app for smart remote be a good feature. 4k stunning

    “Great TV, but poor EPG.”

Great TV, good picture, plenty of inputs, good sound quality. Let down by the poor performance of the EPG. This often only shows the current and next program and then "no program" for the rest of the day. Have to switch over to my Virgin box to see what is on later.

“Great TV for the small priced paid”

I bought this 8 months ago and really happy with it. Quality of image is very good. I used the TV for watching Internet stuff (Netflix, Amazon video, etc.) as TV in UK is total rubbish

    “Internal HDMI failure”

All ok with delivery and set up. After a couple of days had to disconnect the HDMI 3 to decorate the room. Upon reconnection I must have pushed my HDMI lead in too hard, as the female port within the tv broke away from its internal connections. After reconnecting to HDMI 4 all is well.

“Good screen. Less-than-stellar, laggy TV software”

I really want to like this TV. I really want to be able to shout its virtues from all the rooftops I can access. But the software (particular the 'core' software that operates the TV channels etc) lets it down. The problem it has is simple - when searching for programs to watch using the EPG (electronic program guide), it is terribly laggy. As in, press-one-button-wait-3-seconds-to-maybe-get-a-response laggy. As the EPG is used by some people (e.g. me) pretty much every time they change a channel, this is something that gets used a lot. It's such a shame because otherwise the TV is great. The screen is awesome, and I love all the internet apps that come with it (Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc etc). But the laggy EPG makes TV watching impossible. I contacted Hisense about this, but the response I got, in short, was 'the software is like this, we have no plans to change/improve it'. Frankly I don't expect them to, since they've already sold the TV to me and made their money, so hopefully by reviewing this they might improve this for future TVs or future software updates. Guys, are you listening? So it's a good screen, but I cannot recommend it as a TV, because the TV-watching-software in my opinion is not good enough to be considered usable.

    “Great value”

Good value TV set, very good picture and not too complicated to operate. There are not many apps available such as Amazon prime but hopefully these will update. Also streaming from phone is not good as is very jerky. That aside I am very happy and considering buying another set

“Awesome Value for money! Very happy!”

The TV is built to a very high standard, packed with features and at a more agreeable price. Very Happy
