“Great picture but flaky apps”

I've had this TV for over a year and have continual issues with the stability of iPlayer and NetFlex apps. After a few hours viewing, the apps start to stutter, buffer and eventually stop responding, requiring a power cycle of the TV to fix. I've applied a new firmware sent by HiSense support but this hasn't fully resolved the issues.

“Hisense 65"”

Bought this TV in April every other things works fine but the YouTube channel keeps crashing when on. Engineer appointment booked and came,do some minor repair on board but problem still persist . What I notice also is that when you restart the TV to factory reset every 24hrs YouTube doesn't crash,which is the only way we have managed to go around it. However,I would say customer service support was good but have been advised they might change the TV for me which am not convinced it would solve the problem as this is almost a general issue with the TV cos I have got a friend having same issue.

“Wi-fi issue!”

Bought about 3 months ago and always problem with Wi-Fi, disconnects all they time! Have to restore to default settings and re-connect wi-fi with password again!!! Really annoying!

“Great value for Money!”

Bought this TV after looking at all the other major brands and bought this one due to the features and cost. Better than a lot of the major brands! Only downside for me is the operating manual needs to be easier but more detailed and also not being able to switch off fully.

“Good looking TV”

Purchase this TV about a month ago and have found it to be of good quality however connecting to the Anytime feature is quite difficult via smart phones and still not figured it out. That said, this is a good looking TV with a great picture quality that can match with some of the other more expensive brands.
