    “Real Review”

    I bought this Washer / Dryer 5 months ago from Curry's, I purchased this after reading other reviews and frankly I don't know who writes these reviews but I can tell you from my personal experience this machine is the most rubbish machine I have ever used. Hisense needs to stop mis leading it's customer. I have had to call outs on the machine as was getting error 67 which tech said it over heats, once cool error goes away. I have been emailing Hisense to get the machine replaced as not fit for purpose. I have 4 small children which machine is constantly running. It takes 3 hrs to dry 4 bath towels, a full load takes over 4 hrs, are you kidding me , their is no way it should take that long to dry a load. I am about to take a hammer to it and smash it and take the lose. Again I just want to express my real review of this product , DO NOT BUY THIS TYPE OF MACHINE. it is a piece of Sh*?t. this is my real review.

    “Do not buy this or any other Hisense product.”

    Original purchase finally broke almost at the end of our warranty after endless problems. In the end the entire counterweight fell off the drum, flooding our house. Replacement arrived and has never worked properly, drying does not work at all, but because Hisense do not extend your warranty when they replace an item the warranty on this item expired as soon as it arrived and they will not do anything about it. We had a broken appliance replaced with another broken appliance and now can't do anything about it. I seriously recommend that you do not buy this or any Hisense product.

    “poor features, takes forever”

    I would not recommend this washer dryer. The washing functions are ok but the dryer is impossible to clean, you have to take the motor apart to clear the fluff and it collects mould. The dryer motor broke within a year. Parts are also almost impossible to source.

    “Great washer dryer.”

    Bought this washer/dryer in April has my old washing machine decided to quit. Has a mum of 4 with grown up sons 2cstill living at home so a family of 5 adults needed a good machine. I searched Internet for reviews and this one came out in top 3,and I never had a washer/dryer before so was a little sceptical on purchase. Machine quality's looks good,very quiet large drum ideal for large family...or if you want to wash you quits or curtains,clothes clean and fresh.On reviews some did mention the times in wash because some are 3-4hrs but what I found there is a 15mins wool wash that I use for every day for fleshing up clothes,also 55mins was I use for more stained/dirty clothes.I have only used the boil was if we have been away and clothes have been waiting to be washed/or heavy stained. Also regarding longer time washes compared to my old machine and economy this one blows it of the water I've got a smart meter and I'm using less electricity doing these washes. The drying function is good always dry,this machine is 6kg dry load so you do need to remember to remove washing before if you had a large wash has its a 10kg wash load and 6kg dry load another reason why I purchased this machine...I would highly recommend this product.

    “Brilliant washer”

    We bought this 3 weeks ago after reading the reviews. We are not disappointed. The machine is so quiet. It is great to put a big load in at once, lots of cycles to choose from. We couldn't be happier. Would suit a big family

    “Brilliant washer dryer”

    I have had this washer dryer just over a week now, I purchased it as it was on offer for £405 on Amazon. I have used it a few times now and it washes and dries clothes brilliantly. On a full load it will say 7hr 53mins to start but i find it usually drops to 6-6:30hrs to wash and dry. The clothes come out very clean and very warm and dry. You can also do a normal wash and then use a dry programme after if you want to cut the time. The machine is very quiet when it is washing or drying, sometimes i have to see if it is still on as the noise is so low. The machine looks very smart so it's hard to believe how much of a bargain it is. This definitely gives other more expensive brands out there with an inverter motor a run for it's money for a fraction of the price. Overall i would highly recommend buying this machine, I'm very happy with my bargain of a purchase

    “WDQY1014EVJM Washer Dryer”

    Excellent steam function and 15 minute program. Other programs way too long! Spun at 1400 doesn’t get clothes as dry as I would have expected. Plastic gate to retain washer liquid missing from dispenser drawer and extendable tube missing from filter do water goes everywhere. Shame as this machine is just let down by finer details.

    “Not the best”

    Bought this as my machine broke just before Christmas, had heard good things, but so far less than happy with it, after a 3 hr drying cycle for just a duvet 2 pillowcases and a bottom sheet, everything is still wet, after a standard wash everything comes out practically dripping, so takes days to dry when hung up..

    “Very Quiet”

    Very Happy always had Miele washer and dryers but they are expensive. This machine is quieter and so far so good.
