The Favourite function provides you convenient and time-saving experience. By holding the button for 3 seconds, you can store your favourite washing setting. After that, you can recall it by a simple touch.

    “Great washing machine good value”

    Ok the only issue we have is with the complexity of programs and settings Does it really need to be this complex? We are slowly coming to grips with it but it even confused the Grand children!

    “Good value”

    Bought last month now had time to review. Well pleased excellent value for money. Impressed with how quiet machine is. Some programmes won’t be of any use but I’ve found that the case of most washers.

    “Problem after only a few days”

    Door seal became detached and twisted causing a nick in the rubber after only a week and a half. Couldn't get door seal and metal retaining ring back into place. HiSense said it wasn't a warranty item. Fortunately AO.com were brilliant and offered a replacement (different brand as I don't trust HiSense any more)

    “Wonderful value”

    I purchased a Hisense TV 2 months ago and it is outstanding, so when I needed a washing machine replacement, I went straight to Hisense. Just as with my TV, the washing machine cannot be faulted. Thank you Hisense for providing 1st class products at a reasonable price.

    “It’s a little Tardis”

    Original replacement machine did not fit into the recess despite the specs being the same as the previous model so happy to find this as although slim on the outside it still did 7kg load. Washes well and very quiet. So far no complaints. Delivery and installation excellent too.
